REFUND POLICY

Blink Digital Verse offers refunds on its design services under specific conditions. A full refund is not unconditional and certain restrictions apply.

The refund policy will not apply if any of the following occur:

• Custom or special packages are selected.
• You have engaged another company without notifying us of the change.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• The logo has been finalized.
• The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
• Revisions have been requested by the client.
• Cancellation occurs for reasons unrelated to the project.
• No communication has been made with the company for more than 2 weeks.
• Company policies have been violated.
• Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is incomplete or missing necessary information.
• A full redesign has been requested.
• Refunds for domain or hosting payments are not applicable.
• The refund request exceeds the allowable time frame.
• The business is closing, changing name, or altering operations.
• Refund requests based on change of mind or disagreements unrelated to the service are not eligible.
• Clients who have accepted multiple revisions may be eligible for a partial (50%) refund upon discussion with the Project Manager. Approval is at the discretion of Blink Digital Verse management, whose decision is final.
• If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one service, a refund applies only to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
• Order cancellations before project initiation for non-service-related reasons will incur a 33% administrative fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this site, including logos, designs, images, text, and data, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Blink Digital Verse or its authorized third parties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Requests for full refunds become void once website design layouts are approved.
