Once the scope of work is finalized, we issue a service agreement. Work initiates only after the required upfront payment is received.
Step 3: Project Execution
Our team begins development based on the approved brief. This includes creative design, branding, website development, content creation, publication setup, or marketing execution depending on your package.
Step 4: Client Review & Approval
Clients receive previews or draft versions for review. Feedback and revisions (as outlined in the selected package) are completed before final approval.
Step 5: Final Delivery / Publishing
After approval, final assets are delivered in agreed formats, or your project is deployed live or prepared for publishing on publishing platforms or other channels.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be submitted through approved channels only.
All services become non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client cancels after payment but before any work has started, an administrative fee may be deducted.
Refund eligibility is determined by our detailed Refund Policy, available on our website.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate, original, and complete content necessary for project execution.
• Respond promptly to communication to prevent delays.
• Ensure they have rights or permissions for any materials, media, or third-party content submitted for use.
• Review deliverables within the designated timeframe to keep the project on schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of their original content, manuscripts, and business materials.
Blink Digital Verse retains the right to display non-confidential project samples in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
All designs, files, and assets created by Blink Digital Verse remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid for.
7. Confidentiality
All client data, files, branding assets, manuscripts, and communication are treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell or share client information under any circumstances, except when legally required.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blink Digital Verse is not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use
• Delays caused by third-party platforms, tools, or publishing systems
• Client misuse of delivered assets, files, or content
• Errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
Use of our website and services is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to pause, refuse, or terminate services if:
• A client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Project information is misrepresented
• Terms, policies, or payment schedules are violated
• Illegal, harmful, or plagiarized content is submitted
In such cases, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Revisions after a site goes live fall under maintenance or paid updates.
h. Publishing & Book Projects
Post-formatting or post-submission revisions may incur additional charges.
i. Revision Limitations
We cannot process revisions that significantly deviate from the approved direction, involve restricted content, or arrive after the revision window.
j. Refunds & Revisions
Revisions confirm that work has been performed; refunds are not available after revisions are completed.
