Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased from Blink Digital Verse (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any service or engaging in any project with us, the client (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. General Provisions
1.1 This Policy applies to all digital, creative, branding, development, and publishing-related services provided by Blink Digital Verse.
1.2 All sales are considered final unless specifically stated otherwise in this Policy or in an authorized written agreement.
1.3 Blink Digital Verse may modify this Policy at its discretion, provided such changes do not affect refund requests already approved or under review.
2. Refund Policy – Exclusions
Refunds will not be applicable under any of the following circumstances:
- The service or package purchased was custom-priced, discounted, or part of a special offer.
- The initial design, creative direction, or project concept has been approved by the client.
- Revisions have been requested or delivered.
- Cancellation is due to reasons not related to Blink Digital Verse’s service performance.
- No communication has been received from the client for more than 14 consecutive days.
- Company policies, timelines, or terms of service were violated.
- Another designer, agency, or vendor has been hired for the same project without notifying the Company.
- The client’s creative brief was incomplete or missing essential requirements needed to begin work.
- A complete change in concept or creative direction is requested after production has begun.
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The client is shutting down the business, changing its brand direction, or altering the project scope.
- Refund requests citing “change of mind,” “lack of interest,” or “found cheaper services” will not be accepted.
- Dissatisfaction with one part of a bundled package (refunds apply only to the specific unsatisfactory service, if applicable).
- Services involving third-party costs (domains, hosting, integrations, ISBN, plug-ins, printing fees) are strictly non-refundable.
- Website development refunds are not applicable once designs are approved or development has started.
3. Refund Policy for Delivered Assets
3.1 Branding & Graphic Design
- Refunds only apply if the initial concept fails to reflect the approved project brief.
- Refunds are void once revisions begin or once any design concept is approved.
3.2 Web Design & Development
- Refunds apply only before final design approval.
- Once development begins or layouts are approved, refunds are no longer available.
3.3 Publishing Assets
- Refund eligibility ends once the design or format has been approved for publishing.
- No refunds after files are submitted to other platforms.
4. General Terms of Cancellation
- 4.1 Orders may be canceled within 2 days of purchase for valid reasons only.
- 4.2 If canceled within the first 24 hours, a processing fee of 15% of the invoice total will be deducted.
- 4.3 If canceled after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice total will be deducted.
- 4.4 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@blinkdigitalverse.com.
- 4.5 Communication must be sent from the client’s registered email address for verification.
- 4.6 If the client is unresponsive for 10 consecutive days, the money-back eligibility becomes void.
- 4.7 After three attempts by the Company with no client response, work will be considered accepted and no refund will be granted.
- 4.8 Prices on our website do not include taxes unless explicitly mentioned.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be requested when:
- The initial concept does not match the agreed brief.
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours after receiving the initial work.

6. Refund Timeline
Refunds may take up to 21 business days to be processed after approval.
7. Money-Back Guarantee Limitations
The money-back guarantee does not apply to:
- Marketing services
- Editing, proofreading, or text-heavy deliverables
- SEO, optimization, or analytics services
- Domain registration, hosting, and platform-based fees
- ISBN procurement or distribution services
- Packages purchased from resellers or third parties
- Projects submitted by other agencies or designers
8. Ownership & Copyrights
- 8.1 In the event of a refund, all drafts, concepts, designs, and files remain the exclusive property of Blink Digital Verse.
- 8.2 The client may not use, share, publish, or replicate refunded materials in any form.
9. Company Rights
- 9.1 Blink Digital Verse reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend work at its discretion.
- 9.2 Fraudulent refund claims or unethical behavior may result in denial of future services.
